Amb. Dr. (Mrs.) Olusola Adetoro Olagunju was born to the Alabi Family of Bashorun Fajinmi of Opomulero’s compound Oranyan, a ruling family in Ibadan Land as Olubadan. She had her Degree in Secretariat Admin. Also, she had a professional education at Yemdel Computers & Secretariat Studies for certificate in Word Processing. She attended Valiant Training Services for Advanced Secretariat Development Course had a degree course in French language at African French Alliance School for Certificate in French Language.
With a passion and mandate to empower and inspire people to succeed in life, Sola Olagunju set up Sola Olagunju Foundation in 2005 to transform the lives of children, young people, less privileged, widows by creating opportunities to help them and help them develop their skills. Sola is available for speaking engagements and delivering workshops on the subject areas of youth, personal development and effective parenting. Sola’s professional background is in Secretariat administration. She is the CEO at Insight Group of Companies.
As a philanthropist and Founder of an NGO, she is also a member of international group of NGOs. Oyo-State Women Leader; on 2015 Project by Presidency, Also the Patroness of the School of Handicapped (HLA), A new Delegate for United Nation Summit, 2017, New York.
She is highly creative, focused, a motivational speaker, entrepreneur and multiple international awards recipient; she remains unstoppable in the face of numerous challenges in the world.

- An Award of outstanding Service to Humanity by the Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ), Oyo State Council.
- Award on recognition of immense contribution towards the development of Ibadan Land, as a member of Ibadan Cultural festival (statutory) committee by the Central Council of Ibadan Indigene (CCII), 2015-2016.
Ololade is a strong believer in the power of exposure. Through exposing youths to possibilities, concepts and by helping them to set goals and establish healthy values he is convinced they can aspire to become the best version of themselves and be leaders in their own generation. Ololade has an OND in Public Administration and Local Government and Development Studies and ACPA (Associate Chartered of Public Administration). He holds the position of the Public Relation Officer in Sola Olagunju Foundation.
Funmilayo is a woman passionate about seeing youths empowered and also inspire young adults to become all they were destined to become. Funmilayo believes each and everyone is created with a strong potential. Funmilayo has an OND, HND in food, science and technology. She joined Sola Olagunju Foundation in the year 2016 as the welfare director and ever since she joined the foundation she has seen to the needs and welfare of the people involved.
Moyo is a young graduate of Economics with a strong desire to see individuals fulfilled and operating at their full potential. Moyo is an inquisitive lady who always seeks an opportunity for growth. One of Moyo’s strongest motivations in life is centered on self discovery and empowering others particularly youth to do the same. She holds the post of the programme manager in Sola Olagunju Foundation.
Dami has a great passion for young children and believes that every child that God brings into this world has a purpose to fulfill irrespective of the circumstances that surround them. She is hardworking, versatile to adapt and work in different areas that could draw on her inbuilt capacity. She’s a graduate and holds a B.SC degree in economics. She holds the post of the community outreach specialist in Sola Olagunju Foundation.
Iyabode is a woman who has a strong zeal for good health. Iyabode helps individuals, families, groups and communities develop their access to resources including health insurance, food, housing, quality care and health information.
She is endowed with the abilities to listen and respond to clients and communities with compassion and kindness. She helps people to recognize their strengths, understand their problems and tap into available resources.
Iyabode served at Oyo state local government for 35 years, infant welfare clinic and child health centre. She has a diploma in Community Health.
Jamiu is a man who is filled with the responsibility of organizing and managing a project team, controlling time management and ensuring customer satisfaction. He is very sociable and a great team player. He is a critical thinker and ensures everyone is on track as he manages the project thoroughly.
Jamiu has a diploma in Computer Science and also has a certificate in computer hardware.
